Uday Kumar is the Chief Digital Officer at Akira where he oversees all data and cloud services, strategic partnership, and program delivery activities across the firm. He has more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in all facets of product management, technology planning, agile delivery, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Akira, Uday held product leadership positions at Capital One and College Board.
Uday holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master’s degree in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology (India). He is an Agile Certified Practitioner, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Uday volunteers his time as a mentor with the Google Developer Experts program and as an advisor to the Career and Technical Education committee of Loudon County Public Schools.
