Akira Technologies is looking for an Administrator to support our DISA project.

  • Develop and maintain all required disaster recovery documentation and artifacts
  • Track and report on misrouted trouble tickets, unassigned trouble tickets, stale/aged tickets
  • Submit/monitor ASI/Change Request (CRQ) requests and identify delays/bottlenecks for follow-up and process improvement
  • Validate Ecosystem Problem Management report for Server LOB ticket status
  • Attend meetings, participate in conference calls, and respond to email/ticket requests to ensure customer support, serve as recorder on minutes, action items and project deliverables
  • Function as MP liaison for Certificate, Account, Security and Event Management
  • Collect and report daily implementation status for new implementation projects
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and forensic timeline on implementation project delays
  • Track decommission CRQs requests and identify delays/bottlenecks for follow-up and process improvement
  • Track and initiate resolution on server assets identified as not coded correctly for server billing

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
  • Current Active Secret clearance

Min. Citizenship Status Required: US Citizen only
